Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out by courier company Speedy BG.

  • The delivery price is calculated when finalizing the order according to the address you specify.
  • The standard delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days (exception are settlements that are serviced according to the schedule). Please note that during brand promotional campaigns delivery may take up to 5 working days.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly - Monday or first business day after the holiday.
  • Orders are processed until 4 pm on weekdays. Orders received after 4 p.m. shall be processed on the next working day.
    If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by a member of our staff on the number provided.

International Shipping (European Union)

For deliveries outside Bulgaria to countries within the European Union:

  • After placing an order, our representative will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm the details.
  • Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or credit card.
  • Once the payment is received in our account, the order will be shipped via courier at the customer's expense.
  • Throughout the process, our representative will remain in contact to keep you informed about the status of your order.
  • In case of returns, all costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping cost:

  • The shipping cost is free for orders over 200 BGN to an address in Bulgaria.

RETURN POLICY:

The user has the right to withdraw from the goods they have purchased within 14 days, and can choose to return the product from a personal address or an office of an Econt courier company. The customer does not have to pay any costs, except for return shipping.

The period starts from the date of:

receipt of the product
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you have indicated in the return request.

Return or exchange address: Sofia

You can return an ordered item only when there are NO damages caused by improper use - the goods are not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, with traces of make-up. The packaging must also be in its original integrity and the item returned in it. All labels on the item must be retained, as well as the product's hygiene sticker.

If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to not refund your account and we will have to send the returned item back to you.

You have the right to make a claim in the event of:

manufacturing defects in the goods (discovered on receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days subject to the above return conditions)
non-conformity with the advertised/ordered size or model.
In these cases, the cost of delivery will be borne by the Merchant. To make a claim, the Customer is obliged to notify the Merchant in writing in advance at orders@viasaborna.bg, attaching a photograph where the defect is clearly indicated or, in the case of a size wrongly sent by the Merchant, also indicating the order number where the Customer's desired size is visible and accurate.
